Who Are We?
The committee of management exists to set the direction of the Lobby. Accountable to our membership, we take the issues facing LGBTI+ communities and put those into action.
We are a wholly volunteer committee where members take on media and lobbying tasks including ad-hoc press releases or meeting with parliamentarians on the issues that matter to our community.

They identify as non-binary, genderqueer nerd who loves books, history, soft toys and anything tech related. Working in admin at a law firm, they have been involved in advocacy since they became involved with the Victorian Greens in 2018. Based in the inner south of Melbourne, they grew up down on the Mornington Peninsula and would love to move back there one day.
A qualified Librarian and Archivist, they have recenlty completed a Grad Certificate in Data Science at La Trobe University. In their spare time they write, enjoy reading and playing phone games. They’re also a fan of tabletop games, Kpop especially BTS and doing to much volunteering.

As a young non-binary person, I’m passionate about advocacy and policy. I ran for Maribyrnong local council in 2024 where I saw the fantastic work of Rainbow Local Government — a crucial facet of the Lobby. From a young hospo worker I became involved in unionism where I presently work as a Member Rights’ Officer. My lived experience drives a passion for social justice, and that’s why I’m so proud to be part of the Victorian Pride Lobby
